Adding Slide Button Links

Note: In order to insert Slide Button Links, you must have first created slides in your Timeline. Go to the Timeline section of the User Guide to learn how to do this.

SLIDE BUTTONS are inserted into Text Pages within the Text Editor, and link to selected slides. SLIDE BUTTONS may be added at any time within Text Pages; SLIDE BUTTONS be added or edited at any time; SLIDE BUTTONS may be moved within the text page, deleted, or edited (choosing a different slide image) at any time. There is no limit to the number of SLIDE BUTTONS that may be included in the VideoPaper Project.

To add a SLIDE BUTTON, position the cursor at the desired place in the selected text page. Click on the  INSERT SLIDE BUTTON icon, located in the Toolbar.

The CONTROLLER SETTINGS dialog box will display, allowing you to configure the slide. Choose the slide you would like to display from the pull-down menu offered.

When you click "OK," a SHOW SLIDE BUTTON is created in your text. When the reader clicks on the button, the slide will display in the slide window of your VideoPaper.
