Starting a VideoPaper Builder Project

When the VPB software is opened, a new VP Project file will automatically be generated:

The VIDEOPAPER SETTINGS dialog box will open, to walk you through the steps of setting up your VideoPaper project. You may close the dialog box at any time; default settings will be used instead. Choose VPB/PREFERENCES to make changes to these default settings of your VideoPaper project.

Remember to SAVE your project file.

In the VIDEOPAPER SETTINGS dialog box, you will enter title and author information, add general comments, select a segment of video to be included in your VideoPaper, and select a layout for your VideoPaper content (by choosing from three possible layouts.) You may also change the default size for video captions.

The VIDEOPAPER SETTINGS dialog box will open automatically if you chose NEW on starting the VPB software. The VIDEOPAPER SETTINGS dialog box will walk you through the steps of setting up your VideoPaper project. You may close the dialog box at any time; default settings will be used instead. Choose VPB/PREFERENCES to make changes to the default settings of your VideoPaper project.

The VIDEOPAPER SETTINGS Dialog Box contains four sections: VideoPaper, Author, Layout, Movie. See the links above for more information on each.
