IMPORTANT NOTICE - There are several major issues with VideoPaper Builder. View our Known Issues page for descriptions of the issues and work-arounds.
Writing and Editing Text Pages
After creating a NEW PAGE, if you click on the individual Page label or icon, the label will be highlighted and a blank page will appear in the Text Editor (the central column in the VideoPaper Builder Interface). Text may be typed directly into the Editor, or authors may use CUT and PASTE commands (FILE/CUT, FILE/PASTE, or the standard key combinations on your operating system) to move content into VideoPaper Builder from an external text editor.
NOTE: the Text Editor saves text content as HTML files. Therefore, text pasted into the text editor will need to be formatted using the tools provided, which conform to HTML code conventions.

Adding, Formatting, and Deleting Images
To add an image within the text of a page, place your cursor at the desired
location of the image. Click on the
ADD
IMAGE icon, located in the Toolbar at the top of the VideoPaper Builder Interface.
A dialog box will open, in which you can navigate to the desired image file and
click OPEN. The image will appear at the cursor location.
To delete the image, use the Delete option in its CONTEXT menu (RIGHT-CLICK with your mouse (or THE CTRL-CLICK key combination) on the image.)
NOTE: Images used in VideoPaper Builder text pages must be compatible with HTML format. Therefore, they must be saved in .GIF or .JPG file format. See our Image Basics page in the HELP section of the website for more information.
Adding Links to External Sites
To add a Hyperlink to text in the Text Editor, highlight the text and
click on the
ADD
HYPERLINK button. Enter the desired URL (example: http://www.webaddress.com)
in the dialog box and click OK.
